Hêvî TV cares about your privacy and doesn’t keep a log of your personal information.

We create a unique ID for you when you install the application. This unique ID is saved in our database and will only be used when you contact us.

Information We Collect:

Device model and iOS version: To ensure compatibility and performance.
Application version and build number: To troubleshoot and improve the app.
Language you used in the application: To ensure the message is in your language when we send you a push notification.
Your IP when you report a channel: To prevent blocking of our systems in an attack circumstance.

Information We Do Not Log:

We use Firebase for Analytics: This helps us understand user behaviors and improve the app. The information collected is for statistical purposes and is anonymous. Examples include:
- Session length.
- TV watching count and duration.
- Radio listening count and duration.
- Some actions like how many times 'record', 'sleep' buttons have been used to understand their usefulness.
We use Google AdMob: This helps us display ads and monetize our app. AdMob may collect device-specific information, such as device model and iOS version, for ad targeting purposes.
Monthly Subscription for Ad Removal: Users have the option to subscribe to a monthly plan to remove ads. If you purchase the subscription, we will not initialize Google AdMob nor show ads.
